A couple of reminders and updates:
Registration
Registration is still open through October 9th if you haven’t registered yet! You may register online through this link, or in person. Tr. Michael will be available in the parking lot where we normally hold Sinh Hoat starting at 3pm for in-person registration.
VAP forms are required for each child, and can be found here. These forms may be filled out and submitted online by emailing us at thieunhitustin@gmail.com or may be submitted in person.
We are collecting payment via cash or check (preferred). Please make checks payable to Minh Trung Tran.
Sinh Hoat
Our first day of Sinh Hoat is this Saturday, September 18, at the playground. Sinh Hoat will be held every Saturday, excluding major holidays, from 4:20PM - 5:45PM. As mass has moved to 6PM our schedule has gotten a bit tighter so we greatly appreciate your punctuality.
Following Sinh Hoat we will be attending mass as a Doan at 6PM. Comprehensively, Thieu Nhi will take place each Saturday from 4:20PM - 7PM, including mass time.
We are responsible for your children and their safety during Thieu Nhi hours, therefore if you need to pick up your child at any time during regular Thieu Nhi hours (including picking them up so that they sit with you at mass), you must check them out with the Secretary for their Nganh or with the Doan’s Secretary, Tr. Michael.
As a reminder, uniform is dark navy blue pants or skirt, Thieu Nhi shirt, khan if they already have one, and closed toe shoes. If they don’t have a shirt and have not ordered one yet then they can wear a white shirt and can order a shirt from Tr. Michael later.
Covid-19 Procedures
In order to keep a safe environment for our HT’s and all of our children, the following policies are in place:
Masks are required at all times. Should your child forget their mask at home, we will have masks and hand sanitizer available at Sinh Hoat
If you have any symptoms of Covid-19, please stay at home
If you have been exposed to Covid-19, please stay at home and let us know of possible exposure so we may perform contact tracing
Please inform us of the results of your Covid-19 test results if you were exposed
